SNEW is the Third Inductee to the Bullspike Radio Hall of Fame 2013

We go out to the west coast for our third inductee in the Bullspike Radio Hall of Fame Class of 2013 with California's SNEW.
SNEW formed in Hollywood, California in 2005 to put a band together that would capture the raw monster sound of rock that many of us know and love. Three years after forming the released their debut album "SNEW You" to great acclaim that it still receives today. Since their debut album they've released new material on a steady basis with their 2010 album "We Do What We Want" and their latest effort "What's It To Ya". Both of which have received huge reviews all over the rock world as they capture the raw rock sound in a day and age when everyone is trying to perfect sound through technology.
SNEW is representing the rock world loud and proud while reminding us all what great music is all about. Which is bringing great music to the masses for a great time.
It's for these reasons that we are proud to induct SNEW into the Bullspike Radio Hall of Fame Class of 2013.

Black Water Rising is the Second Inductee to the Bullspike Radio Hall of Fame 2013

Black Water Rising is the second inductee in the 2013 BULLSPIKE Radio Hall of Fame.
Rob Traynor (formerly of Dust to Dust), Mike Meselsohn (formerly of Boiler Room), Oddie McLaughlin and Dennis Kimak currently make up the band. Their self titled debut record was released in 2010 and their sophomore record will be released Summer 2013.
With a sound that COULD be compared to bands like Corrosion of Conformity or Texas Hippie Coalition, but their is honestly no comparison. With raw power and strong lyrics, Black Water Rising is a force in the hard rock and heavy metal scene that cannot be ignored.
We are honored to induct Black Water Rising into the 2013 BULLSPIKE Radio Hall of Fame.

Tim "No 37" Martinez is the First Inductee to the Bullspike Radio Hall of Fame 2013

A new year means a new class of inductees to the Bullspike Radio Hall of Fame. We are honored to announce that the first inductee to the Bullspike Radio Hall of Fame Class of 2013 is Tim "No 37" Martinez.
Tim got his start on the road to rock and metal stardom as a personality on FUSE's Uranium which was only the beginning. He is privileged to have met and call friends many of rock and metals elite, like Otep and Hollywood Undead just to name a few. But that hasn't gotten to his head or made him forget his love of the New York rock and metal scene.
Tim is the brainchild of HATE the HATE, a non-profit group that's focus is to end bullying and spread the word that we all rock in our own unique ways and that is what makes this world such an awesome place to live in. He is a USA Network Characters Unite Award winner, is the publicist for the band Seas of Wake, and will soon be co-hosting Indie Diaries with Juliya Chernetsky.
It is because of his undying love of keeping the rock and metal world going strong and uniting people under rock and metal that we are honored to have Tim "No 37" Martinez be the first inductee to the 2013 Class of the Bullspike Radio Hall of Fame.

Odd Zero is the Final Inductee to the Bullspike Hall of Fame 2012

It is a great honor to announce that Odd Zero is the final inductee to the inaugural class of the Bullspike Hall of Fame.

Since forming in 2004 they have played in almost every venue known to the underground rock and metal scene in New York building a huge fan base. Their unique sound fuses classic rock, punk, and metal into something amazing. Since forming they have written and recorded three albums; Odd Zero (2006), Admire The Liar (2009), and Another Odd Zero to Dread (2010).

Odd Zero performed there last live show at The Trash Bar in September of 2011, though it might not be the end of the line fur them yet. It is because of their unique sound and dedication to rock and metal that they are the final inductee to the Bullspike Hall of Fame Class of 2012.

Steve Ventura is the First Inductee to the Bullspike Hall Of Fame

It is with great pride that I am announcing that the first inductee to the Bullspike Hall Of Fame Class of 2012 is "Evil" Steve Ventura.

Steve was the eyes of the rock and metal scene in the NYC area by attending practically every show in the area with camera in hand.  He shot almost ever local band you can think of, getting shots that only he could get even if he had to lay on a dirty club floor to get the shot he saw in his mind.  There was never a worry about missing a show cause you always knew you'd see photos of it courtesy of Evil Steve.

But Steve wasn't just our scenes eyes, he was one of it's biggest supporters and a friend to so many of us in the scene.  It didn't matter if you were new to the scene or well known, Steve treated all with the same level of respect which is only one of the many reason why he was so respected by everyone who was lucky enough to meet him.

Unfortunately Steve passed on February 1st leaving our scene and our lives way too soon.  Evil Steve was a one-of-a-kind individual that will never be forgotten and deserves this honor of being the first person to ever be inducted into the Bullspike Hall Of Fame.

Bullspike Radio Hall of Fame Starts This Year

It was 2 years ago this coming July 1st that Bullspike Radio hit the Internet airwaves to bring the balls back to rock. Throughout those 2-years they have continued to spread the word that rock and metal has been around for ages with no signs of stopping. With listeners all around the world sending in requests as well as a long list of bands, both indie and major label, it's proof positive the Bullspike Radio is filling the need of the rock and metal community that the regular media has yet to fill or recognize.

And to continue their support of everything rock and metal Bullspike Radio will be introducing the Bullspike Hall Of Fame on their two year anniversary; July 1st, 2011. The Bullspike Hall Of Fame will be made up of independent bands and individuals who continue to support and show the world that rock and metal is alive and strong with no signs of stopping. Each year Bullspike Radio will induct 1 individual and 4 bands to the Bullspike Hall Of Fame.

Now the hard part is to sit and wait to see who will be inducted to the inaugural class of the Bullspike Hall Of Fame. Keep your eyes open cause you'll find a write up of each inductee right here as they are announced.
