TIDES FROM NEBULA Reveal Track From Eagerly Anticipated New Album!

 

Oct. 7th (EUR) / Nov 5th (N.America) will see the release of the third album from TIDES FROM NEBULA, which is entitled "Eternal Movement". The first song to be revealed from the album is 'Only With Presence'.

Of the track Maciej Karbowski, guitars and keyboards says "It all started with a twisted guitar riff. I took it to the rest of the band, we played around with it for a while and out it came. We use a synthesizer bass for the first time, we loved the sound, so tasty! It's definitely one of the best quicker tracks on the album, I love the way it builds to something with real intensity.".

Przemek Węgłowski, the bassist in the band came up with the title of the track inspired by the book "The Power Of Now" by Eckhart Tolle.

DEVILDRIVER Devastates the Charts Worldwide With the Release of Winter Kills

 

Last week saw the release of Winter Kills the sixth DEVILDRIVER studio album and their first for their new label home, Napalm Records.   Winter Kills hit charts all over the world, with some of the band's best chart numbers to date.  In North America, Winter Kills came in at #32 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart (The band's highest chart debut ever), #3 on the Billboard Hard Music Chart, #10 on the Billboard Rock Chart and #13 on the Billboard Independent Chart. This is also Napalm Records best selling release in North America to date.

Globally the onslaught continued with DEVILDRIVER coming in at #24 on the German Charts, #24 on the Finland Charts, #26 in Austria, #45 on the Swiss Charts, #71 in the UK and #87 in the Netherlands.

The band recorded the album in Florida at Audio Hammer Studios and vocals in Los Angeles, CA at Dez's home studio with Mark Lewis (Black Dahlia Murder, Whitechapel, All That Remains) handling production duties.  DEVILDRIVER has worked with Lewis previously on "Beast" and "The Last Kind Words" and producer Mark Lewis's prolific leadership of the new school of metal has yet again helped DEVILDRIVER deliver another epic heavy metal record.  This record melds what the band does best. LITA FORD to Release Live Album in October via Steamhammer/SPV

 

Artwork and Tracklisting Revealed 

The Bitch is Back...Live is a brand new live album from the queen of Hard Rock and Metal LITA FORD.  Hot on the heels of her TRUE comeback album "Living Like a Runaway", LITA took to the stage at the Canyon Club in Agoura Hills, California in early October of 2012 to showcase the new material as well as LITA FORD classics. 

This killer show was recorded for the live album The Bitch is Back...Live.  Where does the title come from?  LITA opens the show with her rendition of the classic Elton John track "The Bitch is Back", which was previously released as a bonus track on "Living Like a Runaway".  It may be a strong proclamation, but it is true...the bitch is back and bringing it live.  Now fans have a chance to be a part of this memorable evening and performance.

The album will be released as a digipak with a special booklet including fan photos and download. Release dates are USA/Canada on October 22nd, Germany on October 25th and Europe on October 28th through SPV/Steamhammer.

HUNTRESS Wraps Up North American Tour With Danzig Prepares For Global Domination with Lamb of God

 

HUNTRESS has kicked off yet another year of relentless touring, following the release of their critically acclaimed album Starbound Beast.  After an amazing run on this summer's Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival, HUNTRESS has just wrapped up their tour with the legendary Glenn Danzig for his 25^th Anniversary tour with Misfits guitarist Doyle.

Vocalist Jill Janus had this to say about her time on the road with Glenn Danzig:

"Touring with Danzig has been surreal. As an angsty teenage girl, I used to dream that one day I would duet with Glenn Danzig. Being chosen to tour with him was already mind blowing, but I also had the honor of singing "Skulls" with him in St. Paul, MN! I was watching the show from side stage. Doyle had just played a couple Misfits songs with the band. Then I see Glenn turn and ask if I'd like to join him for a duet! Performing with two of my idols was stellar. This has been a killer experience for HUNTRESS, watching Glenn Danzig nightly from the wings, he has mastered his craft and we've learned a lot from him on this short run. He's also hilarious, his sense of humor and attitude have made our time with him so much more incredible! Hail Danzig!"

After a short break this September, HUNTRESS will be back on the road with heavy metal heavyweights Lamb of God, Killswitch Engage, and Testament!  The tour kicks off October 22^nd in Toronto, ON, and runs through November 26^th in Silver Spring, MD.  It has also been confirmed that Lamb of God will be taking HUNTRESS to Europe and the UK in early 2014.  A complete list of dates can be found below.

HUNTRESS is proud to present their video for the song "Zenith".  Bloody-Disgusting.com calls it "A Sci-Fi Horror Psychedelic Masterpiece!" Motorhead "Aftershock" Coming October 21st

Like the juggernaut you prayed would keep on crushing you, like the friend that still royally pisses off your parents and like a loyal standard of crunchy, greasy, punky, bluesy, gutsy screw-you rock’n’roll, Motörhead stride out through their 38th year brandishing more swagger and attitude then your ears could begin to comprehend.

On Oct 21st, 2013 Motörhead will deliver their 21st studio album, an enormous and prophetic Aftershock. Recorded at NRG Studios in North Hollywood,it is a true leveler, a crushing confirmation of everything Motörhead stands for, marching from the dust storm to deliver 14 belting statements which see Motörhead in perhaps their best writing form for years. There’s swagger, there’s punch, there’s speed and there’s dirty filthy grooves, Lemmy Kilmister, Phil Campbell and Mikkey Dee showing clearly that Motörhead is not simply a band, it’s a genre!

That genre, more than ever, resonates with hearty independence and swashbuckle.
