My brother Jay Scorpion is doing well, he was moved from the respiratory unit to a regular room. A big step in the right direction. Thanks all for your support.
Unfortunately we weren't able to work out the scheduling issues we had this week, there will be no show this week.
We are going to try and work out scheduling issues for next week. Just keep your eyes open for updates.

Update 5-07-09
My brother Jay Scorpion is doing well. He is still in the hospital but we are hoping to have him back home within a week.
TSL is still alive and kicking ass but we are having some scheduling issues right now with Mother's Day this weekend and some possible conflicting plans next weekend. We are trying to work around this and will let you all know whether or not we will be on.
I'm going to try and catch up with some reviews that I've been meaning to write as time allows. Things are still a bit crazy as far as doing things but it should be possible to juggle my own things while still keeping my brother's radio show going strong.

The first ROCK AGAINST DYSTROPHY was ROCKIN’
Thank you all for your support. Our first ever benefit last night was great. A big thanks to The Trash Bar for allowing us to do the event there and a HUGE thanks to all the bands.
We are in discussions of doing some more ROCK AGAINST DYSTROPHY events so keep your eyes and ears open. As soon as details are worked out we’ll let everyone know.
There will be no TSL tonight since we are all recovering from last nights benefit, so The Scorpion's Lair will see all you rockers and metalheads next Sunday from 7-10pm on brooklyncollegeradio.org.

My Return to The Scorpion’s Lair
As some of you may or may not know my brother Jay Scorpion was hospitalized over the weekend with breathing issues. Things got scary but I am happy to report that he is making great progress in his recovery. As of Noon today he was completely OFF the vent and breathing on his own with a trach collar. The next step is to move him to the step-down ICU.
This means that I am making my return to the show to fill in for Jay as the controller of the insanity alongside Bobby and Scyanyde.
Also, get the word out about Rock Against Dystrophy on May 2nd at The Trash Bar. So spread the word.
So tune in this Sunday from 7-10pm online at BrooklynCollegeRadio.org as I make my return to The Scorpion’s Lair to keep rock and metal flowing.

A HUGE UPDATE
My brother Jay Scorpion is OK. He is progressing well and I thank you all for your thoughts and support.
Also, for those of you who knew about the issues him and I were having this last year...they are over. There is ONLY ONE Rock Against Dystrophy that we are BOTH working on from now until eternity so please add it if you haven't already and clear your calendars for May 2nd at The Trash Bar.
Keep your eyes and ears open as there will be more news coming as things go forward.
