This past summer BLACK WATER RISING released their sophomore album Pissed and Driven through Metalville/E1. The band is now ready to take the new songs on the road and will be doing so this fall supporting Kill Devil Hill (featuring Rex Brown and Vinny Appice).  The tour will also feature Eyes Set to Kill and Girl on Fire on select dates, and is set to kick off on October 26^th in Ramona, CA and will wrap up November 23^rd in Steger, IL.

CLUTCH Confirm Additional North American Tour Dates for Earth Rocker World Tour

The Earth Rocker world tour is in full swing. The Current UK/European tour will have Hark as the support from London through Copenhagen. Tombstone will support in Oslo, Norway and Badge and Troubled Horse will support in Stockholm.

CLUTCH has announced the first leg of the Earth Rocker North American tour. This leg begins March 8th in Cincinnati, OH and runs through April 20th in Baltimore, MD. Support on the tour will come from Orange Goblin, Lionize and Kyng. The shows from March 8th through March 24th are on sale now, and the newly announced dates are set to go on sale for fan club members Tuesday January 22nd HERE. Tickets will go on sale for the general public on Friday January 25th and Saturday January 26th.

Legendary Guitarist ULI JON ROTH to Embark On 40th Anniversary North American Tour

German guitar legend ULI JON ROTH will be returning to North America for a special tour commemorating his 40^th anniversary of joining THE SCORPIONS.

ULI plans on celebrating this anniversary with a one of a kind show that features an entire set of SCORPIONS material as well as selections from his extensive solo catalog. Every show on the tour will be recorded for a live album documenting this amazing milestone in ULI's career.

The tour is currently scheduled to kick off January 25^th in Los Angeles, CA and runs through March 3rd in Los Angeles. More dates will be added in the coming days. Stay tuned to http://www.ulijonroth.com for the most up to date schedule.

ULI is looking forward to presenting this historical show to his North American fans:

"Celebrating my 40^th anniversary of joining the band, we will play a full set of SCORPIONS songs alongside my more recent material. Because of his ground-breaking, highly innovative and distinctive trademark guitar work, ULI is widely regarded as being one of the greatest guitarists of all time.

As one of the main founding members of THE SCORPIONS, ULI wrote much of the material for the bands - by now legendary - first five albums, which include the hugely successful live album "Tokyo Tapes". These early SCORPIONS years with ULI, Klaus and Rudolf as the nucleus, were absolutely essential in shaping what is now considered the classic SCORPIONS sound.

ULI is regarded as a significant influence by many notable guitar players, including, but not limited to Slash, Eddie Van Halen Joe Satriani, Kirk Hammett, Steve Vai and Yngwie Malmsteen. Having collaborated and shared the stage with the likes of The Smashing Pumpkins, Deep Purple, Brian May, Jack Bruce, UFO, and many others, ULI continues to inspire and pave the way for musicians and fans alike.

After his departure from THE SCORPIONS, ULI JON ROTH embarked on a successful career as a solo artist, producing highly influential albums with his band Electric Sun, as well as performing classical concertos with orchestras.     

ULI also invented his own instrument the legendary 6-octave Sky Guitar, which is currently on the market as a limited Edition signature model.

In addition to his 40^th Anniversary shows, ULI will also be offering his world renowned Sky Academy Seminars while he is on the road in North America. These introductory seminars are not just aimed at guitarists, but fans and even non-musicians may well find plenty to gain from Uli's unique way of talking about some of the deeper mysteries of music. For some people Sky Academy has even been a life-changing experience, because ULI's teaching can open up completely new ways of experiencing music.

The aim of Sky Academy is to provide knowledge and inspiration to those who take guitar playing seriously and to help them reach a new plateau. The seminars are designed to open musicians' eyes to new possibilities and to trigger an awakening of the student's full potential and talent. Special emphasis is given to inspirational concepts rather than just technical means. Sky Academy is designed to teach particularly those things which are not normally touched upon in music teaching, but which provide a true gateway to mastery.

KILL DEVIL HILL the supergroup featuring acclaimed drummer Vinny Appice (Black Sabbath, Heaven and Hell, Dio) and bassist Rex Brown, (Pantera, Down) guitaris Mark Zavon and lead vocalist Dewey Bragg are hitting the road again in support of their self-titled debut album which was released earlier this year via Steamhammer/SPV. The tour kicks off tonight in Oklahoma City and runs through December 1^st in Fresno, CA. This run will find the band playing headline shows as well as supporting shock rock icon Alice Cooper. UFO Kick off North American Tour This Week

 

British Hard Rock legends UFO will be kicking off their North American West Coast tour this Thursday November 15th in Chicago, IL. The band is touring in support of their latest album Seven Deadly which was released earlier this year via Steamhammer/SPV.
